My laptop screen gets blurry after a half hour or so of use, like the pixels are larger and visible?

It’s always been fine, but in the past two days, after about a half hour the screen’s pixels seem larger or something. It’s slightly blurry. When I restart it goes back to normal but it keeps happening. Help?
