I’ve been looking for folks who could do gorgeous pixel art / anime style art for casual game projects. I don’t have enough work to hire anyone full time, so is there some website etc. where I could see people’s portfolios and easily assign them tasks, charged on a hourly / per picture basis? I tried elance.com, but while it has the portfolio feature, most people there seem to be web designers and not really the type of artists I’m looking for.
