I have a picture that I took with a Kodak digital camera that I would like to upload to a photo sharing site, but it must be at least 2200 pixels wide or tall at 72dpi, and it isn’t that many. Is there anything that I can do about it? I have been using Kodak EasyShare software, if that matters. I really am clueless ;-)
This is the error message that I am getting:

“Sorry, the file you have submitted is too small. Submissions must be at least 2200 pixels wide or tall to be considered for publication. The file that you submitted is 320 x 258. Please try again with a bigger image.”

There used to be a website I knew where you could upload a picture. Your picture would be enlarged by about 400% and all the pixels would be enlarged. It wouldn’t look like anything when you viewed it from your computer, but when you printed it, from far away you could see the picture clearly. It would generate the picture in to a PDF file. Does anyone know what this is called, or even better, the website I’m talking about?
