I need it cause i’m trying to do a phone theme. And the sizes of the pictures do not match the specific size which is only allowed. So i change the size and thus, the pixels aren’t that good anymore. Help anyone? Thanks.

I have windows XP and am trying to reduce a photo to 32 X 32 pixels so I can use it as an icon on one of my personal folders, and for the life of me, I haven’t been able to figure out how to do it. Any answers from the experts? Thanks.

I have a picture that I took with a Kodak digital camera that I would like to upload to a photo sharing site, but it must be at least 2200 pixels wide or tall at 72dpi, and it isn’t that many. Is there anything that I can do about it? I have been using Kodak EasyShare software, if that matters. I really am clueless
This is the error message that I am getting:
